We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely happy, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
If you’d like to start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Refunds
Here’s how it works:
- Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn/unused).
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and returned to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
Here’s how it works:

- Once we receive your return, we’ll send a replacement of your choosing.
Shipping returns
To return your product, contact us via email at [email protected] with your reasoning for requesting the return and images of any damages. We will provide a return address upon approval.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
