Can I get a refund?

Yes, of course! As long as it’s within 30 days. More information on refunds can be found on our Refunds and Return Policy page.

What if my items break?

We will replace them! We design our earrings to hold up with wear but sometimes things happen. Just use the contact page or email us at [email protected], and we will get a replacement to you.

Do your products contain Nickel?

No. We offer a range of different materials depending on the product, but we ensure our products are either Silver-Plated, Gold-Plated, or Stainless Steel. We want our earrings to be safe and comfortable for everyone.

Can your rings be resized?

Yes, all of our rings are made using bands with flexibility to fit to your exact size.

Do you offer pickup and shipping?

We only offer shipping for all of our orders. Orders ship out within 1-3 business days after placing your order. We make all of our jewelry by hand per order. Shipping will generally take 5-7 business days to reach you. Shipping is only $5 on every order, no matter the size.

Can I buy in person or is this an online store only?

We are currently and online-only store.

Do you use real gems?

No, all of our gems for our rings and ruby earrings are made of resin. This is to ensure we can sell beautiful jewelry to anyone, no matter their budget.
